Black AIDS Day 2013 Planning Toolkit

We have within our communities the human, financial, and tangible resources we need to make National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day - February 7, 2013 a success. The one thing we have to do is plan, plan, and plan some more. One of the great things about working with community stakeholders is helping them plan thier local NBHAAD event and/or activity as well as provide some planning assistance. Each year we work hard to make sure we develop the information and toolkit goodies that will be useful and helpful to those who are on the frontline.

In hopes of helping you ensure your Black AIDS Day 2013 event/activity is a success, we will provide assistance through our website, phone, and email. We have also developed and revised the following Planning Toolkit to provide step-by-step processes on how to plan events and activities surrounding NBHAAD 2013.

We encourage you to review the contents carefully and consider modifying them for your community and charge full speed ahead. Should you have any questions regarding any components or need additional assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.

This Toolkit has served in the past to be vital to those new to NBHAAD and those needing a fresh approach. Stay tuned and visit this page often as we develop Planning Tools for you. We will also be posting an online and video conferencing schedule page as well along with links on how to log in/on. We're stepping up on game on utilizing technology to assist those who really need the support to help turn this epidemic around and make HIV/AIDS a thing of the past.
